Website Testing and Maintenance Outsourcing

I run a tight ship, and my
clients frequently comment on how organized my firm is in
dealing with support. I use an issue tracking system called Basecamp, which
prevent lost requests and keep clients informed of the state
of their work. It allows me to humanize the important
stuff and automate the routine.
Fence Mending
On the range, cowboys were regularly "riding the
fence" on their horses (or their ATVs, these days) to find
broken bits, and mending them. Websites also require this
type of review. My
link-laser system scans websites for broken links and
automatically informs me when they are found, helping to avoid
embarrassing errors, or lost cows.
What's more, search engines hate broken links.
If you have a link, no matter how obscure and dated that is
broken you will get dinged for it.
Support and Issue Tracking
By utilizing an award-winning
support system, I don't lose task requests. Each day, my
firm fields about 25 requests through this queue. These
are efficiently delegated or handled.
Clients are all given a private
web page on which they can track the tasks I'm working on.
No more black-hole web requests or "did you get my message
about..." High volume is handled, and delegation is
easy.
Google Site Map Updates
I also run a system that can keep your Google
XML sitemap up-to-date. It crawls your site, generates the
feed, and uploads it once per week. See google sitemap
section for more details.
Browser Testing
I can test your site on 14 different browser
platforms at any time. If you notice a pattern of
complaints, this might be the first thing to look for. If
a failure or error occurs, I will do validation of your site's
code and try to find out why a particular browser is unhappy
with the page(s). This testing has fees we will discuss.
