It should include enough information to serve your customers or potential customers with the information they need to make good decisions about working with you. An existing customer should be able to find that document they need, and a new customer should be able to learn how long you've been around. Privacy policies, return policy, and methods to contact your firm are all part of serving the customer. You should never leave a visitor to your site disappointed and you should listen to complaints about the site you have now in determining how to build the new one. |
