1.3°F - In Kentucky?

We’re not exactly in the sun belt here in Lexington, but this is silly. Schools are closed due to a wind chill of -15°F - now that’s dangerous. Our beagle made quick work of her morning “business” and our normally pedestrian-filled avenue is empty today. Holy Cow it’s cold!
