New Survey: Kentucky among top 10 tech governments

When it comes to tech government, Kentucky ranks #8 in the nation according to Digital Government’s 2006 Digital States Survey. The survey considers factors such as best practices, policies and progress in the use of digital technologies and the delivery of technology-related government services to citizens.
