Diamonds in the Rough - Kentucky State Parks Sweep Ratings

All Kentucky State Park resorts have received a two-diamond rating from the American Automobile Association. According to AAA’s Web site, www.aaa.com, two-diamond properties “appeal to the traveler seeking more than basic accommodations. They provide modest enhancements to the overall physical attributes, design elements and amenities of the facility, typically at a moderate price.” AAA has about 49 million members across the country (gulp.)

Hope it doesn’t get too crowded. Oh, by the way, kentuckystateparks.com is for sale, but it’ll cost you a few diamonds.
